2007), that we were exempt from registration on the grounds that we only process

for an association not established or conducted for profit
• necessary for the purpose stated above
• for current members and members up to one year lapsed (so that we can
send them a renewal reminder the following year)
• with the restriction that this information is not disclosed to any third
party unless required to do so by law or the data subject (member) has given
their consent for us to do so (i.e. contact details are not published without
the member's express permission).
